We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. 

Any appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged. Short notice costs us the opportunity to fill a time slot with another patient and you can help us by attending your appointments promptly or letting us know as soon as you can if your timing changes.

We offer emergency dental care. Injuries to the mouth include knocked out, extruding, or broken teeth or cuts to the lips, gums, and cheeks.

When you have a dental emergency you should call us immediately for an emergency appointment at 604-943-9394. 

If your tooth has been completely knocked out, find the tooth, rinse it and place the clean tooth in your mouth between your cheek and gum (adults only as a child will likely swallow the tooth).

Modern dentistry shouldn’t be painful or uncomfortable and we have a number of techniques at our disposal to help make you feel more relaxed during treatment. Sedation is just one way of keeping you comfortable and relaxed during treatment. With conscious sedation, you’ll still be awake during the procedure, but you won’t really be aware of what’s going on. Conscious sedation can be given orally and is ideal if you require a lot of dental work to restore your oral health.

This type of procedure is very safe! You will just need to bring someone with you to your appointment as you will not be able to drive for 24 hours.

Yes! Modern digital X-rays use very low radiation levels-up to 80% less than traditional film. We take every precaution to ensure your safety, including: lead aprons and thyroid collars, digital sensors that reduce exposure, and we only take X-rays when necessary.
